FAQ | Hot Fish House
Who are the Gullah Geechee?
Our roots trace back to the Gullah Geechee people — descendants of West African farmers and fishers who shaped the coastal cuisine of South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Okra, shrimp, rice, and fried fish aren't just menu items here. They're heritage.
